YOUR TASKS

As Innovation Manager (f/m/d) you identify innovation and growth opportunities and manage internal and external projects:

• You develop and conceive ideas and initiate projects to design and implement new digital business models
• You are responsible for the operational planning and management of innovation projects, such as proof of concept projects with start-ups (e.g. time, process and cost planning, offer calculation, project controlling and resource planning)
• You network with internal and external stakeholders and work closely with the business areas, divisions and shareholdings of Deutsche Leasing Group and with companies of Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe to identify innovation and growth opportunities and provide impulses
• You conduct analyses and interviews to derive market and customer insights and summarize those in reports that are presented to internal stakeholders
• You define, track and report project-related KPIs
• You present our offerings and facilitate workshops with internal and external stakeholders
• You will assist in the development of ventures / as a founder for our internal ventures and help pave their way to success

YOUR SKILLS

• You have a degree in business, entrepreneurship, innovation management or similar
• Expertise in innovation management, project management and the implementation of digital business models
• Knowledge and skills in interdisciplinary project management, i.e., from project control to project reporting
• Knowledge and skills in methods, tools and techniques for planning, steering and controlling products and/or services
• Basic understanding of digital business models and agile working methods
• The ability to design, describe and implement new business models based on market and technology developments
